2. Quality of Imagery

The quality of our work is heavily dependent on the quality of the images provided by the client. We strive to deliver the best results, but we cannot guarantee high-quality outputs if:

- The images are of low resolution.
- The products photographed are dirty or poorly presented.
- The products have defects due to incorrect printing or manufacturing.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

- If you believe we have not fulfilled our obligations as specified in the service agreement (e.g., cutting out products, providing a basic clean and edit).
- We do not accept refunds for low-quality images or poorly presented products.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your edited images, providing detailed information about your claim.

4. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must ensure that the images submitted for editing meet acceptable quality standards.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use and edit the images provided.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, clients will receive the edited images with the right to use them for personal or commercial purposes. We retain the right to use samples of the edited images in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fix and Focus be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use them.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
